No, HomeRise is not an insurer and does not replace any insurance. It is a separate home service contract designed to help you take your approved repair situation further with more innovative improvements.

You must have an active annual plan with all fees paid, an active homeowners insurance policy in good standing, and a qualifying loss that has been approved by your insurer.

Single-family homes, condos, townhomes, new construction and mobile homes under 5,000 sq ft. Larger homes may qualify with the correct plan.
HomeRise provides 20% bonus cash on top of a successful claim payout from your property insurance carrier. You can use this to renovate, update, improve your home value, or pay off your property insurance deductible.
